Villa Éva

This charming cottage, located in lac Labelle, has a magnificent view of the lake and mountains. Built in 2002, it’s just 30 minutes from Mont Tremblant and Mont Blanc, and is available to rent year round.

Three storeys high, Villa Éva is 30 feet from the lake and has its own private beach.

This cottage has all the necessary commodities with room for seven adults.


The Exterior

A large patio, equipped with a barbeque, is available so you can relax and peacefully enjoy nature. Take advantage of the deck and go for boat rides on the lake. The paddleboat, rowboat and canoe are available on site.

Relax by the calm lake or venture out on foot or by bicycle at the linear park nearby. You can also play tennis, golf, go alpine skiing (Mont Tremblant, Gray Rocks and Mont Blanc), cross country skiing, snowmobiling and dog sledding.

Enjoy a variety of activities all year round!

Main Floor

The modern kitchen is spacious and well-equipped with a lunch counter, electric stove, electric wall oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dish towels, dishes and cutlery, table for eight, buffet and water cooler.

The living room has all the necessary amenities for comfort in a warm setting, decorated with beautiful woodwork. It is equipped with a propane gas fireplace and a bathroom.

Upstairs

Upstairs is a spacious room with a queen-size bed. Linens are provided. The master bathroom has a two-person whirlpool where you can relax and unwind.

Lower Level / Terrace Level

This floor has two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed, and another with a double bed and a bunk. There is also a living room with TV, home theater system and satellite. A full bathroom is also available on this floor.
